1. Get a base tan using level 1 laydown beds.

2. Graduate to Stand-Up Vertical "Capsule" beds. These have Extremely Strong UVB Rays, make sure you got your base tan first!

3. To maximize your tan, and take it to The Next Level, you need a "tanning tingler". As the name suggests, you will feel a VERY Strong tingling (burning) sensation on your skin for several hours after stepping out of the tanning bed. Don't Worry, you'll get use to it!
