The Most effective cardio routine done in 12 minutes flat! Do it the AM Way!

In search for the ideal cardio routine, several factors are considered.

1. Increases VO2 Max

2. Will Burn Fat AFTER the cardio session

3. Can be done Extremely Quickly

4. Increases overall blood circulation for better muscle pumps during Workouts and Tantric Sex

Unless your goal is to look like a marathon runner from Zimbabwe, you should NOT be doing cardio the old-fashioned way. H.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) is the only way to go if you're looking to preserve muscle and Kill fat.

Regular "fat-burning" and "aerobic" zone cardio only burn fat while you're doing them. They also start to eat away muscle after 25 minutes. H.I.T will BURN FAT for 24-36 hours after you're done with the session and is NOT Catabolic.

H.I.T. Cardio is the ONLY way to go. Sprints are to be done at 100% maximum exhortation. If you can't sprint 100% for 20 seconds, this isn't for you!

Rest for 10 Seconds

Sprint for 20 Seconds
Rest for 10 Seconds
Sprint for 20 Seconds
Rest for 10 Seconds

Minute 7
Sprint for 20 Seconds
Rest for 10 Seconds
Sprint for 20 Seconds
Rest for 10 Seconds

Minute 8
Sprint for 20 Seconds
Rest for 10 Seconds
Sprint for 20 Seconds
Rest for 10 Seconds

Minutes 9-12
Cool-Down at 50% maximum effort
