The Superbowl of Bodybuilding is coming September 29th, and frankly it couldn't come any sooner! With the recent Arnold Classic missing the top 2 names in Bodybuilding, this Olympia will be the only contest of the year that really matters.
The purse for the Mr. Olympia contest has been raised by $101,000. The winner of the Olympia (Coleman or Cutler) will now take home $500,000 compared to last year's $399,000. Another breakthrough is that all Mr. Olympia competitors will take home a check of at least $2,000. Last year only the top 10 took home any cash.
